Land line lost urgent help needed

Hi we are housebound with my husband who is 87 and  has stage 4 Parkinson's and dementia. Our land line has been crackling for a couple of days but now we cannot receive or make calls.  This is now very urgent as we have a ' care line' emergency call system in place and obviously this will now not work.  The internet is absolutely fine.

Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Has anything changed since your last post, do you still have no telephone service?

Staff here work normal office hours, Monday to Friday.

 

I would suggest you contact TalkTalk via chat as your phone is not working. If you have a mobile i will also append details on contacting by phone.

 

Have you registered as vulnerable with TalkTalk? If not it may be worth investigating for future.
