Malware Found But Not Dealt with Automatically

Question previously raised regarding FSecure scheduled scan finding  Trojan32 but not dealt with. Was advised to download Secured Status malware programme which gave clean bill of health. Not sure what to do next as this was originally flagged up as  a serious threat. Will any FSecure software identify where the malware is in order to qurantine and delete?
