Hi, All 4 Player is not working on our Humax box. The menus work and adverts play but then the actual program alway fail with error 4102-render-decode.

ITV player is always fine.

Software and apps are up to date and power cycling doesn't help..

Component software 3.8.70 (951eeb)

 

I can't remember it working since before we switched ISP to Talk Talk and the box branding got changed.

Maintenance Mode Software Reset did not resolve the issue.

Factory Reset (Keep Recording) thankfully did.

Hi

 

All4 player is independent of your ISP and will be unaffected by the switch to TalkTalk.

 

You could try a maintenance reset for your box model and see if that helps.
