Following the launch of ITVX last year, on the 30th November 2023 ITV closed the legacy ITV Hub and ended support of this service. This change by ITV only affects customers using our legacy TalkTalk TV Box and TalkTalk TV Plus Box (DN372T).
Customers who use our TalkTalk TV 4K box, or the TalkTalk TV Hub, are not affected by this. These latest TV Boxes are fully compatible with the new ITVX service.

We’d hate for you to miss out on your favourite ITV shows, so you can also use another device that’s available to you. ITVX is available to browse and watch on multiple other platforms such as mobile, tablet, desktop, and connected TV.
