Email settings to access TalkTalk emails

There are two ways you can access your TalkTalk emails, via webmail which is  located at apps.talktalk.co.uk or via a client/app on your smart device such as a phone or tablet and your computer. You'll need your email address and password to access webmail. If setting up a client/app, you'll also need the following settings.

Before changing your settings, we recommend that you back up your email data files on your device. For more information on how to do this check with your software/app provider's instructions. Our recommendation is to use IMAP rather than POP3 settings, as this will ensure a copy of your emails is retained on our Mail server, as well as on your local device.

MD5 email authentication

We no longer support Legacy MD5 authentication. However, we do have strong measures in place such as SSL/TLS.
