You'll get the best from your broadband using our award winning WiFi Hub, we recommend you always use your TalkTalk router. However if your router isn't from TalkTalk, you'll need to manually enter the connection settings for your TalkTalk services. To find out how to do this, visit your router manufacturer’s website or check your manual.
Is it fibre ready: Some other routers are not compatible with fibre broadband, if you're using your own router ensure it's fibre compatible.

If you're using a non-TalkTalk router with our TalkTalk TV service, you'll need to configure IGMP for it to work correctly. IGMP is the data that your TalkTalk TV box uses to enable Internet channels and not all routers support it.
To check whether your router is compatible, have a look in your router's settings for any options to configure IGMP. If you can see some, enter the router connection settings using the details below:
