You can manage your telephone enquiry password in My Account. This is the password you'll use to access your account details when contacting us by phone. You should keep this safe and only share it with someone you would like to manage your account with you.



Adding and viewing your password

Follow these simple steps to add your telephone enquiry password or to view your current password.

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Choose My details
  3. Select Personal details from the menu
  4. Select Add if you haven't already set up a password
  5. Enter your preferred password


Forgotten your telephone enquiry password?

If you can't remember your telephone enquiry password, you can have your password sent to your inbox. To do this, choose Email my password from the Personal details page in My Account.
