You can manage your telephone enquiry password in My Account. This is the password you'll use to access your account details when contacting us by phone. You should keep this safe and only share it with someone you would like to manage your account with you.
Add and view your password
Follow the below steps to add or view your telephone enquiry password:
- Log into My Account
- Select Profile & Settings
- Select My Details & Passwords
- Select Telephone password and enter your Telephone Password
- Select Confirm
- Enter your preferred password and Save
Forgotten your telephone password?
If you can't remember your telephone password, you can request confirmation of the password:
- Log into My Account
- Select Profile & Settings
- Select My Details & Passwords
- Select Telephone Password
- Select Send to email a reminder of your password
If you need to change your telephone password, you'll need to contact us for it to be updated.
