We provide a voicemail facility which allows people to leave you a message when you're unable to answer your mobile phone. You'll find all the information about your voicemail service below.
You can access your voicemail by calling 121 from your mobile phone.
Calls to voicemail are deducted from the monthly allowance, after that it's free.
To use voicemail abroad you'll also need your voicemail security code. This is the code you setup the first time you use your voicemail, and must be setup before you leave the UK.
If you receive a voicemail whilst roaming, you'll receive an SMS as following:
"Voicemail has 1 new message. To access your mailbox, please call +447XXXXXXXXX and press 9 during the greeting.

Voicemail across Europe zone
Your voicemail minutes come out of your call allowance exactly as they would when in the UK. For a full list of included countries please see the full roaming guide in Mobile pricing.
Voicemail outside Europe zone
Calls to voicemail outside Europe zone are charged as per a voice call. Please note that outside of Zone 1 - Europe, you'll also be charged the incoming rate when someone leaves you a voicemail.

To record a personal greeting follow these steps:
Press 2 - To manage personal greeting
Press 3 - To manage name greeting
Press 9 - For Help
You can choose to set the amount of time your mobile rings before going to voicemail to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
To change the time follow these steps:
For example, enter **61*121*11*25# then call if you want your phone to ring for 25 seconds before your call goes to voicemail.
You'll receive a message 'Call forwarding registration was successful' which confirms your request has been updated.
To access your voicemail from your landline.

To change your security code on your voicemail follow these steps:
Dial 1210 on your handset. A message will be played advising "The voicemail service has been turned off".
Dial 1211 from your handset. A message will be played advising "You have now reactivated your standard voicemail service".
