Your recent call usage

You can view details of the calls you have made since your latest bill online approximately 48 hours after the call has been made. In My Account, you'll be able to see the detail of each call, its type, date, length and cost: 

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select Bills & Payments from the navigation menu
  3. Select Bill and pay preferences in the next menu
  4. Select View your itemised usage 

Your usage will be displayed and you'll have the option to filter your calls by type, duration and cost. Once your monthly bill is produced you will no longer be able to see the unbilled call data, all calls on your bill are fully itemised.

 

Viewing your remaining minutes

If you have a Boost on your account with an allocation of inclusive minutes you can check your remaining minutes in My Account.

 

Your usage allowances

To help protect you from running up excessively high monthly bills we apply a usage allowance to your account. You can view your usage allowance in My Account by following the below steps:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select Bills & Payments from the main menu
  3. Select Bill and pay preferences in the next menu
  4. Select View your itemised usage

Your usage allowance will be displayed under Monthly allowance below Usage since latest bill. 

If you exceed your monthly allowance your services may be barred. For further details, head over to your monthly allowance.

 

Checking your inclusive minutes

You can monitor your TalkTalk mobile or Home phone Boosts usage online in My Account.

You can see the total number of minutes you have available, the amount you have used and the unused minutes in MyAccount. You will also see the date the current balance expires. To view your usage, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select Package Add-ons on the home page. Your usage will now be displayed
tt_icon-pdf Remember it can take up to 48 hours for your calls to be deducted from your allowance. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute.

 

You can monitor your TalkTalk Mobile usage through My Account. You will be able to track how many minutes, texts or data you have used. You will also be able to see any remaining allowance. To view your usage, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select Networks & Connections from the navigation menu
  3. Select Show in the Mobile usage & plan details section
  4. Select My Package & Add-ons
  5. Your bundle usage will be displayed on the screen. To view out of bundle usage select View your itemised usage
