Why has my monthly bill jumped from £37 last month to my new bill today up to £50.73.  What the hell is going on.  I’ve been a customer for years, but I’m blowed if I’m going to stay with talktalk at these prices.

Your bill is fully itemised.

What has changed since you last bill ?

Have you come to the end of a fixed price contract ?

There may have been a £4 charge added for TV if you have that service.

These are changes in advance. I can’t believe I’m going to be paying another £13 a month for no good reason.

It's up to you to keep track of when discounts on you main contract and boosts end.

The dates are clearly shown in the drop-down details when you expand your bill.

There is a very good reason why you are paying more, you didn't negotiate a new deal and are now on standard pricing.

Call TT and tell them you are thinking of leaving and they will hopefully offer you a new discounted fixed price contract.
