I have reported that I've been charged in error for an engineer visit on my bill for October bill. I have rang customer services on 2 occasions who are looking into it. My landline was not working for a number of days so I raised it with customer services and they said that there was a cable fault. When the engineer came the phone line came back on. He said that I was the third customer he had visited in my area, that had the same thing happen to them. I have been charged in error for a call out. Please could I have a refund?
Thanks.
