I receive an email advising my bill is due and offering access to latest and previous bill details, help and support etc. I can not get my bill details. Help is either blank or waiting. I, like the waiting circle, go round and round, without success. This may stem from a time when you were updating this area a few months ago. Your sales information seems to work well!

This is a common problem; the best way I have found is to use the Opera browser to access MyAccount.
