The number in my community for mum profile is my friends so I can help a oap get some answers. My talk talk number is not active so why would I get a zero bill for it?

Evening both, I left a few months ago after correct formal leaving protocols. Fortunately the bill is £0. And I've only just got a refund through.

Is your new service from Virgin or another "true" cable provider ?

 

If so, did you give the required 31 days notice of cancellation to TalkTalk ?

Hi Biden, how long ago did you change suppliers? Is the billed amount the same as when you were with TT?

 

Possibly the charges are end of contract adjustments.
