Broadband fails at exact same time every day

Every single day at 12.46pm my internet connection drops and restarts. 

same time everyday. 

it’s nothing to do with my work VPN as the internet fails on all my devices. 

when the clocks changed it changed from 1.46 to 12.46pm.

 

i have reset my modem, turned it/off on. All those things.

 

it wouldn’t bother me if this daily restart happened in the middle of the night rather than day. 

any ideas how I can stop it?

You are genius. Thank you so much. We just called the alarm company and sure enough they test the phone line every day at 12.45pm.

 

they are changing it now.

Is your TT service over a phone line ?

 

Is there any equipment in your home that comes on at that time ?

 

Do you have an alarm or other monitoring system connected to the phone line that could be "doing an ET" and phoning home from an unfiltered extension at that time ?
