My router flashing amber and white lights... and now is solid amber

Try a different browser / enable pop ups / disable ad blockers, @Yotov.
As I said before, there are no professional staff on the forum before Monday, so I don't know why phone support sent you here today.
Staff may send out another router for testing, but meanwhile if you can get through to Chat, they may test the line.
