My router Sagemcom 5364 since 2 days ago is now producing erratic pings, no internet slow internet etc. This is wired direct and on both wireless channels.
pings are just from various devices to the router 192.168.1.1
I've disbled each channel in turn 2.4gz and 5ghz - no effect
I've switched each channel to auto instead of fixed.
Am getting anything between 5 to 15 good 1ms pings then 4 or 5 no reply then replies again.
This is WIRED.
Different cables different devices, same every time.
Just resorted to a factory reset, same again...
i'm on fw SG4K100136, any chance you can roll my router back a version or provide the FW for me to do this? I've only 10 days left in contract and i've never had a blip until i started the process to move to another supplier.
Any suggestions?
