Speed dropped to 15 - 25 Mbps for about 5 days now.
Line Tests identified fault but no updates.
Also tried to connect to wofo in upstairs room for 1st time and it does not work!
Phone Customer Service either told you are closed (although supposed to be open according to advertised times)
or
Customer Service seem more interested in trying to persuade me to upgrade package than correcting technical issues with package I have.
Not Happy!

For some reason, @davie123, this post didn't make it into the workflow for attention from staff.
I'll escalate it now, and remove the duplicate.
Could you let us know if this is resolved?
If staff don't catch this today, it will be after the weekend before you hear back.
