Hello!
My broadband is off sience midnight.
The led doesn't turn to white. When I restart it, it tryes to connect and the led is flashing but after a minute it stays on amber colour. I've done the followings:
I changed every wires, turned off the modem and leave it for couple of minutes then turned it on, I connected the modem to the master socket, but I can't do dial test as I haven't got phone at home. I've done the test on your website and it sais the problem is with the talktalk. Please have a look on my connection.Also I know you employees do everything you can but no live chat? Come on talktalk.... virus can't spread through chat....
Sorry I'm just afraid it will take a week to fix my broadband as I saw the previous topics...

Hi Zsolt,
Sorry to hear you had issues with your services, I'm glad to hear they are now working again.
The issues was due to an outage in your local exchange, which was resolved by Openreach.
I will close the ticket down, however any issues do let us know.

Okay It is working now. Was off for 15 hours. Hope It stays
