I’ve had no internet for a month and I’m ringing every week for an update just to be told they are working on the fault, i have no idea what I can do moving forward they are telling me to sit tight and wait! I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. My kids can’t connect there tvs, there computer games or there laptops for homework. Im sick of waiting and ringing to be told the same thing each time
