Ordered my fast Broadband on 2nd July on the chat facility. Got given installation date for today 11th July.
Spent an hour and a half telling the same story to 4 different customer service operators .I was never sent an email with account number but did have one with a contract. They cant find any record at my postcode or e mail address despite the message I have from them which they were unwilling to accept.
I offered to forward the contract e mail to clarify..nobody would provide an e mail address .Tried to take the issue further..no joy as I haven't got a contract number..luckily I have a screenshot of the sales chat with appointment but you can't send it to anyone without an e mail address can you!
Is this what I have signed up to? A day off work, won't allow me to speak to a manager yet.
At the moment..a total shambles..
