Hi, I have fast broadband (transferred from Shell to Talk Talk) which I beleive is connected through a BT line to the router.  Will I need to change to fibre broadband when PSTN is shut down, if so will talk talk be offering a free upgrade.  Will they be contacting me nearer the time or should I be contacting them now to sort things out.

Everybody will be switched eventually and it should come at no cost to you. Have you checked if Full Fibre is yet available at your address?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
