Package is Fast Broadband.. Main phone line comes into kitchen at top of wall!! My router is plugged into secondary socket in a bedroom, I therefore need 2 micro filters.

Emails from 1 Aug from you not received. Someone will have to contact me via txt or phone, preferably tomorrow. Other emails have been received, including bill from TalkTalk!!! Gmail rejection states unknown address.  So I don't know what advice has been given re no internet connection on new router. Obviously'old' router working fine. Thanks
