Have the slow speeds been investigated? It would need to be proven that the router is at fault before it could be replaced.

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-

• What is your guaranteed minimum download speed?
• If you log into the router, what speeds is it displaying?
• If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
