Dear TalkTalk, 

 

I would appreciate if you could open the ports as below from my router

 

DNS name of “sip.btonephone.net” which currently resolves to 212.187.163.197 & 212.187.163.201.

Along with below ports and IP addresses (outbound).

Web

TCP Ports 80/443

Sip Signalling

TCP Ports 5060/5061

UDP Ports 5060/5061

Sip Media

UDP Ports 16384-65535

IP Subnets

212.187.163.192/27

81.128.196.32/27

All ports should be open in the outbound direction.
