Also a problem with the TalkTalk supplied router.  It gave up the ghost this afternoon (not a fuse fault, not a plug fault - just a stone dead router with no power-on light) after what can't have been more than a couple of years of service.

Frustratingly TalkTalk are very difficult to contact on a Sunday (and I don't have an internet connection without the router).  I'll start the process of contacting Customer Services by phone on Monday, although a replacement for the faulty item would be the preferred solution.

If any of the community know how to direct this message to a decision maker at TalkTalk, I would be very grateful.

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
