I have ordered a new broadband but the package comes with a phone. I don’t need a phone. Can I change my order to broadband only and can it be easily connected like any other routers without a landline?

You will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team to amend the contract, but the inclusion or exclusion of the phone should not make any difference unless you have a phone boost included, in which case this can be removed.
With a phone you would only pay the call costs. If you don't install it, no calls will be made.
Contracts cannot be varied or negotiated on the forum.
