I am supposed to be charged £25.89 for my broadband monthy payment however my bank is saying I'm going to be charged £33.95. Can you explain why?

@habteab123_. it's never wise to display your Talktalk account number in a public post (especially along with part of your bank account number) and so I'm removing the images.

 

You are probably nearing the end of your contract, so the minimum term discounts will have expired.

 

Log into your My Account and check the details in billing. 

 

Compare them to previous itemised bills.

 

Any phone calls not covered by boost packages will also be included, and if you go over the one hour limit on an Anytime call.
