Remote desktop connection

I'm not able to connect to my work remote desktop.  Keeps connecting, then disconnecting.  Any suggestions?

I’ve tried factory reset and that hasn’t worked. I keep getting message “the remote resource can’t be reached. Check your connection and try again or ask your network administrator for help”

Ok, please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and then try and connect again?

Yes the connection works okay apart from this. I have had my laptop tested by our IT department and been told that all settings are okay

Thank you. I've just checked and your router should work ok with VPN.

 

Are you only experiencing this issue when using VPN, is the connection working ok apart from this?
