Hello,
I had been losing connection for a few weeks a couple of times a day wondering what the problem was went to look at my internet cables and plugs last night and the cable was worn and coming away from the plug and when i moved it , it was sparking , multiple times i am trying to ask for a replacement and seem to be getting no where on chat , does anyone no where i can buy a new one ? what it was like plugged in .
after i tried turning the wire snapped off
