Has always been OK, but just recently ..get to the Bank home page .. and when clicking on the login I get ...
You don't have permission to access "http://identity.tescobank.com/pf/adapter2adapter.ping" on this server.

that link goes to ..
If you navigated here, it's because the previous request experienced an error. If you are the site owner, you can use the Translate Error String tool to investigate this further. This is located on the control center under:
Hamburger menu > SUPPORT > Edge Diagnostics.
Only happens with Firefox, all Ok in Edge and Chrome..
Cleared Caches , different proxies, etc no change ..
Was going to reinstall WIN 11 , so just done that , so all new ..
But still the same .
Any Clues

Hi ceedy,
Could you try switching your router off for 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

As it is OK with the other browsers, then it can't be a router issue.

I was already going to re install win11 as the version I had was reporting it had reached the end of it service life and was not updating any more, so just used this situation as the opportunity.
Yes definitely a Firefox ,or router ? ,or some server issue, but now a completely new install, all the other bank/secure accounts are ok. So a real puzzle as I used Firefox for years . Tried a couple of VPN's as well , still get the error.

Have you tried it in Firefox's Private window, it might be a problem with an add-on in this browser. If Edge & Chrome are OK, it would seem to be an issue with Firefox, I can't see any point in re-installing Windows 11, which it looks like you have proven yourself. Perhaps wait for the next version of Firefox to be released.
