I am trying to contact talk talk over 2 issues with my broadband service. I have phoned 0345 1720088 multiple times but whenever i get through to a human the call almost immediately drops off.
(The 0345 1720088 number automated voice suggested I talk by text message. I tried this by the only advice I got was to call the 0345 1720088 number again, so that was a waste of time.)
The automated voice talked about using the chat service on their website. Is that where I am now? If not, what is the best way to contact Talk Talk? Or should I just give up and go with a different internet provider?
BTW the 2 matters I wanted to talk about are:
(1) my home internet service was switched off yesterday. Talk Talk had previously assured me twice, in 2 separate conversations, that this would not happen.
(2) my internet is getting upgraded from phone broadband to fibre. I previously asked for the kit to be sent to my work address; I now want it to be sent to my home address. How do I get talk talk to do this?
