I spoke at length for about 4 hours with the talk talk help on chat on Monday and they did various checks and said they would send me a new wifi router within 2-3 days as it isn't working but I haven't received anything. There doesn't seem to be anyway to check in my account but nothing has arrived 😞

Glad to hear that you've received the router. I've ordered a returns bag, it should be with you within a couple of working days

Hi, I've received the router but I was told to return the faulty one in a bag which would be supplied or I would be charged for it but there doesn't seem to be a return bag in the box?
