Hi there.

My clients talk talk router seems to have blocked their website. I can access the website from every other browser and the sites work when connecting to a hotspot.

• The router has been unplugged for 45 mins.
• Website tested on Brand new laptop and Android Mobile
• Site shows on old laptop but may be cached
• Tried several browsers (Warning screen attached)
• Still get error when connecting to a text file

(The domain was suspended by the registrar due to a hacking incident 2 weeks ago but fully reinstated now.)

Website IP 35.214.68.198

Thanks in advance.

Steve

All sorted now so must have been (as you suggested) a painfully long DNS propegation. 😄

Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Chris,

Is there a way to get this escalated to someone who can look in depth please.

My client is still seeing the same thing. Is it likely to be the router that is the issue. Is there a setting I can look at to solve the issue.

Cheers

That's strange. Could you ask them to switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest (the 30 minute shutdown will start a new session)

Hi stevemash,

I've just retested and I'm now getting the same as you (wasn't yesterday), do you know if your client is still experiencing the problem?

Can you screengrab for me please.

Everyone who has visited the site https://queensferrypianos.co.uk/ has gotten straight in.

Except the client. I am also on a talk talk router.

Thanks. I get a warning but the option to go to the page anyway, I take it this doesn't happen for you?

Hi Chris, thanks for getting back to me.

I get these screens......

So seems to be an SSL issue. However, I have removed and reinstalled the SSL.

Hi Steve,

What actually happens when you try to load the webpage?

Thanks for the response.

Possibly (I did think that). 13th Feb the domain was reinstated.

Hi @stevesmash would this be a case of the TT DNS servers being slow to propagate ?

The post has been escalated.
