Ive been asking since 22nd April for a returns bag, on both occasions one has been promised as sent yet none ever arrive ? can i please either get one or get confirmation you do not want this equipment back and i will not be charged.

I am not sure why it seems impossible to get one.

I'm sorry that it's taking so long to send a returns bag. I've raised an escalation to have one sent, it should be with you within 5 working days
