urgent help need please had to change my password today logging into account and webmail ok but my tablets will not accept new password they say not recognised by server WHY?? so cannot get access to email system
Hi paja32, have you removed and readded the account from the devices and using the new password when added?

no there was no need as it worked immediately on my laptop but it took until 9pm about 8 hours from start before it accepted new password on 2 tablets. All fine now case can be closed
