Hi @LORNAA22 thanks for this info which I'm sure will help @nambuso-TT to get to a solution of your issue.

 

If you changed your TalkTalk password, and your email password neither would automatically feed through into the Outlook app. You would need to reapply your new password in Outlook as well.

Thank you for your interest.  I am using Outlook and I have microsoft android system.   I also have superboost which blocks email when suspicious activity is noticed on my email accounts.  I changed the password on my account which also should change password on my email accounts but this is not recognised so I think it is blocked.

Hi @LORNAA22 could you provide a bit more insight please?

Are you using an email service like Outlook to access your emails or the online "app" 

Are you able to send or receive email? 

Which operating systems are you using?
