I am unable to send emails, they appear to be being blocked. I suspect I have been hacked in some way as also have an alert from Norton security regarding my email address on dark web. I have reset the password but to no avail and the chatbot function appears to just take me in a circle. Just need a way of resetting my account to normal working. This is the reject message .
Message could not be sent to the following recipients: "xxxxxxx (554 - 554 5.7.1 <mjs1967@talktalk.net>: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail
Thanks

Either way, it is nothing that we on this forum can sort.

It's more likely that this is the "Everymail" issue. I've the exact same message even though they had submitted the form for it to be sorted out.
I under 30-40% of the calls for support are related to this. I spent 1 hr 20 min with tech support to get it sorted - and it's been escalated.

What service do you have? If you turn the router off for a full 30 mins (or possibly overnight depending on your package), this should get a new Public IP address on the router (if it is actually that which is blocked as opposed to your email address.
