I cannot login from my Chromebook. I changed the password as it didn't recognise my password. Then it blocked me for trying too many times. When I tried again, it doesn't recognise me and/or my new password

If I may kindly ask, how are you currently accessing your emails? Are you accessing them via browser or using a 3rd-party App?
