Hi TalkTalk Support,
Since the recent migration of TalkTalk Mail to Open-Xchange, I am no longer able to see any of my emails via Webmail. The message header indicates that I have 216 emails, but none of them are visible in my Inbox, Junk, or any other folder—everything appears blank.
I’ve already tried the following:
Despite this, the emails are still present on the server, as I can fully access and read them via the Mail app on my iPad (which uses IMAP).
This appears to be a mailbox display, folder mapping, or index corruption issue specific to the Open-Xchange Webmail platform.
I kindly request that this issue be escalated to the second-line email support team or the engineering team to investigate and reindex my mailbox or repair the folder sync issue.
Please confirm receipt of this request and let me know the next steps.
