Blocked emails

I've had an email from Help advising me to clear " blocked emails " but I cannot find this setting. Can anyone tell me where I should be looking??

You can find information of creating, changing filters in the Email Help Files.

I've disabled the blocked senders filter you've got in place in webmail. See if your email is working normally again now.
