Can't find password for my tiscali account

Hi, I'm trying to set up my tiscali account on outlook and I'm being told that my password doesn't match my email account.  I know my email account is correct but can't remember my password. So simple question - where can I find my email password or how can I reset it?  Thanks, Rob

Hi Rob, you can use the password reset tool to reset your password. If you haven't already set that up, send me a personal message with the affected email address, an alternate email address to receive the password pin and a mobile number for the same reason.
