I was hacked and spam got sent from my account. I have reset the password, deleted 'Rules' and cleared any block lists.
I get failure error b699 and a, told I am blocked from sending emails
Chat support just say it will clear, but it's been days and they won't do anything else?

I don't think mine was, though. Can't find anyway of setting Rules, so not sure how to look for them.

Yes it was hacked. They set a number of Rules as well to prevent me from seeing incoming mail etc. It's all sorted now thanks to Ady

Are you sure you were hacked, rather than someone using your mail address to send via an open relay?
I had 2 accounts blocked at the weekend, but consider it extremely unlikely they were hacked.

If your mailbox has been blocked for spamming then it will need to be unblocked after you've changed the password to a new one that's never been used before.
