Can't send on my laptop

I am able to create new emails and reply to received emails via Talk Talk webmail on the phone but not on my laptop. This problem started about a week ago completely out of the blue. I can send emails on my Outlook and gmail accounts.

Tell us what model laptop it is and what the operating system version name and number. 

Then if you would tell us how you use TalkTalk Mail on that laptop, i.e. webmail via a browser, and say what browser it is, or via email software like Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail or Windows Mail etc.?

Finally, tell us what error message you see when trying to send mail messages.
