Hi @Richief1 please try the below suggestion and let me know if the issue persist.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Go to your browser settings.
  • Locate the option to clear browsing data.
  • Select cookies and cached images/files.
  • Clear the data and restart your browser.
