How to pay for Everymail - where is the payment link?

Hi, I recently cancelled my phone and broadband with TalkTalk but needed to keep my email account.  I was told by TalkTalk customer support to go to: https://everymail.com/support as Everymail now handle the email side of things and that I can make my payment to Everymail by logging in to my account with them.  However, with I log in to my Everymail account there is no payment option at all!  I'm worried because I don't want to loose my email address etc, so I'm desperate to make the payment of £50 per year.

Please tell me where I need to go to make this payment.  Or will Everymail charge me through my TalkTalk account?  I'm very confused, please help!

 Thank you

Mick

Thank you so much for the support @Gliwmaeden2

Hi there @madmick49 The information provided by @Gliwmaeden2 is correct, you should be able to continue using your email services until we send you communication advising you to subscribe to Everymail, the communication should contain a link to subscribe.

You should be sent a link by Talktalk, but there's a "grace period" after you leave their broadband service.

Staff will be on here to confirm and clarify the details during the day, @madmick49.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
