I was requested to transfer the running of my long-standing Talktalk account to Everymail which I did and paid £50.

The only other account that I have is a Hotmail one which is free.

I feel that I have been misled and that the cost of my Talktalk account should be included in my Talktalk package monthly payment which includes broadband e mail and tv.

I feel that I should now be paid a refund of the £50 that I have paid.

Please see here for more details and the action you need to take depending on your circumstances.

There are no staff here any longer, but as it is understood, once you have signed up for Everymail it is not possible to reverse this.

However please read the post in the link, and it's always worth a phone call or chat to see if there is any way to retrieve the situation

Thank you

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
