How do i set up direct debit to continue keeping talktalk emails?
yesterday
I no longer have broadband, landlines with talktalk
i was informed I could keep the use of my email address (5 of us), cost of £50 per year
I was informed by Talktalk, when the contract ended i would receive an email within 24 hours of end date, explaining how to subscribe, set up payment
Not received email
Talktalk are unhelpful, tell me theyve changed how things are done and to sign in via everymail
how do i set up direct debit, i cannot lose our email addresses

There's no staff support on the forum any more, @Wilkie13, so I'm afraid that contacting Talktalk directly is your only route, or Everymail's own support link.
I've certainly not heard of anyone being sent their link within 24 hours of their end date.
From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Usually the grace period after leaving is several weeks, before they process a link and send it to you by email, @Wilkie13.
Please try again via 03451 720088 or Chat as you may be told this from another agent.
We haven't heard that the system has changed, so please let us know.
Long since departed from Talktalk / Mailplus customers had different deadlines. Please see here:
