Hi

 

im struggling with every mail it is not giving me anywhere to subscribe I  I clicked link on email but its giving me access but I haven’t completed the process as per email, I contacted talktalk on 15th and said they would sort. I’m a broadband phone line etc with talktalk what do I do if I can’t subscribe this is literally my main email and as such can’t have it turned off on me.

Once you've set up your everymail account,then you need to sign in and use their chat function, or is it a case of the link not working at all?

 

If the latter, Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
