Everytime that I send an email from my talktalk / everymail account it ends up in the recipient's SPAM folder. Help please.

You could try turning off your router and ONT box for 30 minutes to establish a new session in case your IP address is being registered as sending spam.
Other than that, as @Gliwmaeden2 says you will need to contact TalkTalk direct.

Has the recipient listed you as a contact in their own address book, @Norman73?
Which domain is it, eg Gmail?
